Mentre i piedi del gatto, che avevano toccato il monaco, rimasero bianchi, a simboleggiare la purezza, i suoi occhi gialli divennero blu, colore degli occhi della divinità venerata in quel tempio.
La testa, la coda e le zampe assunsero una tenue sfumatura marrone e il dorso divenne color oro. Come Sihn, anche gli altri gatti del tempio, tutti bianchi, si trasformarono in un colore marrone

Lao-Tsun, called Sinh, went on the head of the priest Mun-ha who was about to die from the fatal wounds received during a terrible fight with some plunderers. As the cat's feet, which touched the priest, stayed white - as a symbol of purity - its yellow eyes became blue, exactly like the ones of the divinity of that temple. Its head, its tail, and its feet became light brown, while its back took the colour of the gold. Like Sinh, all the cats of the temple saw their colour to change from white to brown.
